Please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for items to process. This is separate from the shipping time where your order is in transit.
Currently this store is run by a single individual. We try to mail out items as timely as possible. Please note that we do not have the ability to do rush orders so plan ahead if you intend to purchase an item in time for a particular event.
Delivery Time Upon Shipping (Rough Estimate):
United States: 7 - 14 business days
International: 2 - 4 weeks

Fantail-Mail Club Subscribers:
Your orders will be sent out either the last day of the prior or within the first few days of the start each month's letter. They will be mailed via USPS as first-class stamped mail. Letters do NOT include tracking numbers.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that shipping times will vary and that your mail club letter will be sent via USPS first-class mail and will not have tracking. You also acknowledge the cancellation policy below and that the subscription is reoccurring and you have to manage it manually by either following the link in your confirmation email, or by clicking the manage subscription link at the bottom of the website.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at cartoonteluvision@gmail.com and provide photos and we'll work to resolve it. Please include your order number in the title for a quicker response time.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at cartoonteluvision@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order is packaged, it cannot be cancelled.
Mail club subscriptions can only be cancelled for the current month if it's within 3 days of purchase and before the 20th of the month cut off date.
Further Assistance
"I accidentally mistyped my shipping address."
If you accidentally put in the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible by email to resolve it before items ship. Once they ship, there is little we can do.
