Cancellation policy

If you ever need to cancel an order, please contact us at cartoonteluvision@gmail. com. Please be aware that once an order is packaged, it cannot be cancelled.

When you purchase a subscription, you'll be automatically charged once a month for a monthly letter. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each monthly letter.
Subscriptions will auto-renew each month and will charge you on the same date you purchased the subscription the prior month.

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time but must manually do so. All cancellations will be for the upcoming charges. If a subscription charge has already been made, you cannot cancel that particular month's mail. Thank you for understanding.
